These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BESTPROD website and your purchase of our water-testing products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products & intended use
Our test strips and kits are designed for at-home screening of water quality using EPA-based reference ranges. They are not a substitute for certified laboratory testing. For legal, medical, or regulatory decisions, confirm results with an accredited laboratory.
Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.
My Water Check App membership (auto-renewing subscription)
At checkout you can add the optional My Water Check App membership: a digital wellness app that helps you track water quality, daily water intake, and calories in one place. Adding the membership also includes Free Standard Tracked Shipping on that order.
- Today: $0.00 is charged for the membership at checkout.
- Renewal: the membership renews automatically at $9.97 every 4 weeks, starting 28 days after your order date, until you cancel. Your exact first charge date is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
- Payment method: renewals are charged to the card or PayPal account you used for your order.
- Access: your membership is activated automatically after checkout. Download instructions and app access are sent to your email.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time. Email help@watertest.pro before your next renewal date and include your order number and the email address you used at checkout. Once your membership is canceled, you will not be charged again. We confirm every cancellation by email.
If you paid with PayPal, you can also cancel from your PayPal account: Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments, then select BESTPROD and cancel.
Canceling the membership does not affect your test kit order.

Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use our content without permission. All trademarks, text, and images are the property of BESTPROD or its licensors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BESTPROD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
